The Iowa Stored Energy Park (ISEP) will simply harvest the wind's energy and store it for future use. This marks a huge step forward in innovative alternative energy. Until now, the one downside with wind was that it had been unreliable as an energy source. No wind. No power. Now, by storing the wind's energy for when we need it, wind is something we can control and count upon.
What's more, harvesting wind is a cleaner, more environmentally friendly way to generate electricity. By using wind energy, ISEP will help control your family's energy costs, decrease dependency on foreign energy, and decrease our use of fossil fuels.
